5+ years expIMCS Group is seeking an IT Program Manager to provide project management support for their Financial Assets Project in 2026. The role involves managing project performance, including planning, execution, quality, and resource allocation, while ensuring stakeholder communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Gather and document budget, goals, requirements, key performance indicators and risks to ensure project goals are achieved
Partner closely with key stakeholders to manage requested changes in scope to ensure changes are key to the implementation and meet the desired timelines
Create and maintain project schedule within the timeline, thereby meeting the needs of IT, and the business stakeholders
Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills for proper communication of timelines, risks, issues and action items to business stakeholders
Follow up with business resources. IT stakeholders and project team resources to ensure timely resolution on assigned action items, risks and issues
Collaborate with project resources to find opportunities for efficiencies leading to reduced project timelines
Promote awareness of changes that have an impact on overall schedule, scope and budget for success of the project
Using Service Now PPM and Jira, the project manager will lead daily stand-ups and other ceremonies related to planning and execution
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage conflict, resolve issues proactively, and adapt to diverse teams and situations
Proven leadership and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and principles, with strong technical and analytical skills
Experience managing IT projects and processes using Jira and Service Now
Familiarity with IT insurance project support
Ability to budget, forecast and manage resource allocations month over month
Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience, with at least 2-3 years managing complex, IT initiatives
Preferred
PMP or Agile Certification
Led project delivery utilizing Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Experience in the Life and Annuity insurance services industry
Extensive experience using tools like Jira and Service Now PPM
