This role focuses on driving sales efforts, building relationships with key stakeholders, and selling architectural and engineering services.

Drive business development and sales efforts for an architectural engineering firm
Originate and qualify opportunities with developers, owners, and property managers
Sell architectural and engineering services for commercial and development projects
Build and manage relationships with decision-makers in real estate and construction
Conduct discovery conversations, proposals, and negotiations
Work directly with firm leadership on pricing, deal structure, and strategy
Qualification
Required
Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or AEC business development
Proven B2B professional services sales experience
Familiarity with commercial real estate development and construction processes
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Existing network in real estate, development, or construction is a strong plus
selling services to real estate developers, building owners: 1 year (Required)
Architectural sales : 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: New York, NY 10018 (Required)
