Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service, customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Skills in enhancing customer experience and providing excellent support for client needs
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in relevant software tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Previous customer service or account management experience is a plus
