Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects from planning to production rollout
Manage project execution using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and drive continuous improvement across teams
Define, implement, and optimize scalable delivery processes and best practices
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource strategies
Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions in collaboration with engineering teams
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and expectation management
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive mitigation plans
Lead cross-functional coordination between development, QA, product, and operations teams
Ensure quality standards are met by integrating QA processes throughout the delivery lifecycle
Track delivery metrics, KPIs, and performance to ensure predictable and successful outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's (BSc) or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in IT project delivery, program management, or technical leadership roles
Proven experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and delivery management tools
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience working closely with QA teams, test strategies, and release quality governance
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and execution plans
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred
Background in software development or technical architecture
Experience in SaaS environments and enterprise systems delivery
Scrum Master, PMP, or Agile certifications (preferred)
Experience driving process transformation and delivery optimization initiatives
