Responsibilities
Act as a trusted technical advisor during the pre-sales cycle, engaging with customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements
Design and present AI-powered solutions for software development, including architecture, workflows, and implementation approaches
Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, demos, and PoC related to AI-enabled software delivery
Translate customer needs into clear solution proposals, including scope, architecture, effort estimation, and value proposition
Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with best practices
Support proposal development for LoU/SOW/RFP/RFI, and technical documentation
Stay current with emerging trends in AI, software engineering, and developer productivity tools
Build and maintain practice collateral including one-pagers, decks, discovery guides, assessment descriptions, and case study summaries
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree (MS, MA, MBA) or a minimum of 7+ years of relevant professional experience
Proven experience across multiple roles in software development, such as: Engineering roles (e.g., Software Developer, QA/Test Engineer, Business Analyst), Management roles (e.g., Project Manager, Technical Lead, Scrum Master), Consulting or customer-facing advisory roles
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps)
Hands-on knowledge of popular technology stacks (e.g., web, mobile, cloud-native, microservices)
Practical experience using AI tools for coding and software development, such as code generation, test automation, refactoring, or documentation
Deep knowledge of modern AI architectures and approaches, including: LLM, RAG, AI agents and agent-based systems
Ability to design AI-driven architectures and explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Strong presentation, storytelling, and solution articulation skills
Ability to balance technical depth with business value in customer discussions
Experience working with cloud platforms and AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Practical experience in ML, NLP, Computer Vision (CV)
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and across multiple industries
