Responsibilities
Serving as primary point of contact for regional employers, coordinating on-campus recruiting, job postings, and internship opportunities
Building and maintaining active connections with alumni for mentorship, networking events, and guest speaking engagements
Managing Career Corps student leaders and coordinating their activities and professional development
Tracking student participation and employer engagement to support program assessment
Collaborating with Academic Affairs and Alumni Relations to integrate career preparation across programs
Organizing career-related events, workshops, and networking opportunities
Supporting faculty and staff in connecting students to professional opportunities
Maintaining career development resources and communication channels
Cultivate relationships with employers and alumni
Coordinate logistics for career events and employer visits
Manage student worker programs supporting career initiatives
Maintain accurate data related to student engagement and outcomes
Respond to student, employer, and alumni inquiries
Support the integration of career development into the student experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of experience in career services, alumni relations, employer relations, or related field
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Experience coordinating events or programs
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments
Preferred
Knowledge of Handshake career platform
Experience working with college students
Understanding of the mission of an independent college grounded in the liberal arts
Experience managing student workers or volunteers
