Administrative Assistant
Emerson is a global leader in automation technology and software, seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President GM and the PBU leadership team. This role is critical in enabling executive effectiveness in a fast-paced, global organization, requiring exceptional organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive administrative support to the VP & GM and PBU leadership team
Own and expertly manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and global travel logistics
Drive efficient workflows, systems, and operating rhythms that improve leadership effectiveness
Act as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity
Prepare, submit, and track expense reports and related administrative processes
Coordinate and prioritize global leadership meetings, offsites, and team events
Proactively manage priorities, deadlines, and action items to ensure seamless project execution
Continuously optimize administrative processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
Qualification
Required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, and matrixed environment
Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
High cultural awareness and ability to collaborate effectively across regions and time zones
Absolute discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information
Strong executive presence, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
Ability to anticipate needs, manage ambiguity, and operate with strategic foresight
High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail
2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a global enterprise environment
Advanced proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience supporting global leadership teams across multiple time zones
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Legal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role
