Customer Service Representative
InfiCare Staffing is seeking a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative to join their team. The individual will manage customer inquiries and complaints, provide exceptional support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Customer Service, with a focus on Customer Support and Customer Experience
Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through problem-solving and effective communication
Proven experience working as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Exp in Banking or Financial
Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
A college degree is a plus
