Responsibilities
Assisting in analyzing materials and products through chemical testing methods to ensure compliance with quality standards
Supporting the development and refinement of quality control procedures, helping to establish best practices within the lab
Collaboration with the Quality Engineering team will be vital in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions
Conducting experiments and trials to evaluate new materials or process modifications
Helping maintain lab equipment, ensuring it functions correctly and that all results are accurately documented for traceability and analysis
Contributing to ongoing quality initiatives and participating in cross-functional meetings focused on continuous improvement
Bringing a chemistry-based perspective to help drive enhancements across various manufacturing processes
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field
Strong foundational knowledge of chemical principles and laboratory techniques
Demonstrate an analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive approach to applying chemistry concepts to solve practical problems
Strong willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred
Prior laboratory experience
Familiarity with chemical testing methods
