Manager, Data Analytics

Responsibilities
Apply advanced analytics techniques to diverse business scenarios, synthesizing complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and visualizations
Automate routine processes to enable quicker insights into business trends and operational metrics
Develop machine learning and statistical models to understand donor behaviors, forecast cost metrics, and support strategic initiatives
Link analytical findings to business drivers and donor behavior dynamics to explain performance shifts and identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct rapid-turnaround analyses and deliver actionable recommendations within tight timeframes
Build and maintain forecasting models to project donation volumes, cost efficiencies, and behavioral trends, supporting weekly and monthly planning cycles
Support the design, execution, and evaluation of experimental initiatives such as A/B testing and optimization pilots
Establish robust processes to streamline weekly business insights and reporting
Partner with Data Science teams to operationalize scalable models, validate performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Monitor market trends and competitive movements to inform and adapt pricing strategies accordingly
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related fields
A minimum of five years of experience in analytics, data science, pricing, forecasting, or strategy roles with demonstrable business impact
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Advanced Excel skills
A solid understanding of forecasting methodologies, experimentation, and causal inference
Demonstrate the ability to connect data insights to business context
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Operate efficiently under tight deadlines
Preferred
A master's degree
Experience in data science, revenue management, and experimental design
Strong stakeholder management and global organizational collaboration skills
