They are seeking a Technical Consultant to provide comprehensive IT support and maintenance, manage client relationships, and lead specialized IT projects for their clients.

Responsibilities
Candidate will become the primary technical resource for a group of Ontech clients
Strong verbal and written communication skills. This role will interact regularly with C Level executives
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to work effectively & communicate in a team environment
Strong analytical skills
Regular travel to clients in SE Wisconsin required. Must have reliable transportation and insurance
Ontech funded training, certification courses, & continuing education is required
Qualification
Required
Install and configure Cloud & On Premise servers. Azure, HP, Dell
Install and configure virtual server environment, Hyper-V & VM Ware, Nutanix
Installing and configure server OS (Windows Server 2016 and 2019, 2022)
Advanced knowledge of switching, routing, VLAN
Microsoft Cloud Service Offerings: Azure, O365, SharePoint, Entra ID & InTune
Microsoft Teams Phone System Support & Implementations
Configure network services: Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
Backup and DR solutions: implementation and maintenance of Ontech provided solutions
Incident Response
