Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive quality control reviews, ensuring adherence to COS Businesses and Controls and Quality Assurance standards
Perform root cause analysis on key issues, risks, and trends, making recommendations for addressing identified deficiencies or improvements to business processes
Identify potential challenges in the Quality Assurance (QA) testing process and initiate solutions, leveraging advanced problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
Be a critical subject matter expert in Quality Assurance (QA) testing process and quickly become versed in JP Morgan Chase’s policies in areas including Treasury, Merchant, Onboarding, Servicing, Sales, legal and brand risks, as well as keeping abreast of emerging trends within the industry
Qualification
Required
Analytical thinker with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify common areas of risk and compliance vulnerability
Ability to conduct comprehensive quality control reviews and root cause analysis, with a focus on COS standards and procedure
Advanced proficiency in using computer systems and artificial intelligence tools for data analysis and problem-solving
Possess sound judgment and flexibility in changing courses and solving problems swiftly
Preferred
Familiarity with ACES, Webstats, IQC and SharePoint
Ability to apply strategic thinking for identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions, with a growing understanding of regulatory guidelines
