Responsibilities
Create and schedule social media posts (Instagram, Facebook; others as needed)
Capture and organize jobsite photos/videos (or coordinate with team)
Write on-brand captions aligned with Minor’s voice and messaging
Maintain a consistent posting schedule (3–5x per week)
Highlight completed projects, craftsmanship details, and behind-the-scenes work
Engage with comments and messages professionally
Coordinate content ideas with marketing/branding direction
Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth)
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in marketing, branding, or communications
Comfortable with Instagram & Facebook
Clean aesthetic and attention to detail
Strong writing skills (clear, confident, not salesy)
Organized and reliable
Preferred
Bonus: basic Canva, photography, or short-form video skills
