Finance Manager
DemandTec is a fast-growing SaaS company that specializes in AI-driven pricing and collaboration solutions for retailers and consumer goods manufacturers. The Finance Manager will provide financial leadership and insights to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence, overseeing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Manage the company's financial planning and analysis processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models
Provide actionable insights to senior management regarding performance against financial goals, operational metrics, and department budgets
Analyze financial performance and use quantitative methods to support business decisions
Prepare and present financial reports for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and accountability
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Oversee accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
Assist with cash management and working capital optimization
Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, and reporting
Proficient in financial software and tools (experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are essential)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in establishing effective working relationships across departments and fostering a culture of collaboration
