Oversee daily operations for center, school, and home service lines, ensuring seamless execution
Manage market schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently
Lead, coach, and develop staff to foster engagement and accountability within the market
Ensure full compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements
Serve as the primary market liaison among staff, families, and leadership
Support marketing and outreach efforts through community events and partnerships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field
2+ years of management experience in an ABA or related healthcare setting
Excellent leadership, communication, and operational management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
Preferred
Multi-site experience
Bilingual in Spanish
