Set clear service desk priorities, SLAs, and performance visibility
Run MSP governance; hold vendors accountable to outcomes
Standardize endpoints, identity, network, and site services
Lead IT integration for new locations and teams
Ensure reliable security controls and incident readiness
Partner with operations, clinical leaders, and executives
Qualification
Required
Prior IT Director-level ownership, not just execution
MSP or vendor-led operating model experience
Multi-site environment experience
M&A or integration exposure in fast-growth settings
Strong executive and non-technical communication
Preferred
Healthcare, MSO, or other regulated environment experience
Repeated small-scale integrations vs one-off large projects
Security execution experience beyond policy creation
