Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program
Communicate the work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables
Ensure execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost
Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery – e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc
Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams
Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables
Promote/Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
Gather/Facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
Support resource planning for delivery/execution
Develop and manage project plan
Identify, assign, track, escalate, and resolve issues
Schedule and facilitate regular meetings to review progress and status, and ad hoc topical meetings; formulate agendas and documents minutes, action items
Guide projects through all phases, ensure required standards and processes are followed, required documents are completed, and required tracking systems are kept updated
Qualification
Required
5+ years of End-2-End Project/Release Management experience
Agile/Scrum Master experience
Strong Project Management Skills, ability to lead a team and drive to results
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong project financial management skills
Ability to provide project status/metrics on deliverables or escalate issues to sr. leaders and executives
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
