Responsibilities
Design and improve manufacturing processes, layouts, and work instructions
Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and variation
Support automation, controls, and capital improvement projects
Maintain engineering documentation and support ECNs/ECRs
Provide hands-on support for production and quality issues
Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams
Own projects from planning through execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or related)
5+ years of manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering experience
Strong hands-on Lean manufacturing experience
Working knowledge of TAKT time, line balancing, 5S, and Kaizen
Understanding of CPK and PPK/CPPK metrics
Experience using CAD software (SolidWorks or similar)
Background in industrial, equipment-based, or automotive manufacturing environments
Ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements
Preferred
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
