Senior LevelRIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Developer to function as a technical SME on major projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for system development and vendor implementation efforts, supporting Operation Management Systems and ensuring the reliability of the systems.

Responsibilities
Function as technical SME on implementation of major projects
Support Operation Management Systems in STO Computer Operation department
Responsible for system development and vendor implementation efforts, from project initiation through post implementation support
Following and enforcing the departments change management process to ensure timing of the changes does not jeopardize the availability and reliability of the systems
Responsible for working on all aspects of new applications development as well as vendor systems implementations: planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, training, implementation, and on-going technical support
Work on day-to-day support of existing applications, problem solving, and issues resolution
Promote best practices and use of cybersecurity tools and follow procedures
Qualification
Required
Technical SME on implementation of major projects
Experience in system development and vendor implementation efforts
Ability to manage projects from initiation through post implementation support
Knowledge of change management processes
Experience in planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, training, implementation, and ongoing technical support
Ability to provide day-to-day support of existing applications
Problem solving and issues resolution skills
Promote best practices and use of cybersecurity tools
Follow procedures
