They are seeking a Systems Programmer specializing in the Broadcom Endevor ecosystem to manage the full lifecycle of Source Code Management tools. This role involves installation, maintenance, and configuration of the environment, as well as integration with modern CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities
SCM Infrastructure Management: Act as the primary systems programmer for Broadcom Endevor, responsible for installation, SMP/E maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning
Environment Architecture: Design and maintain Endevor inventory structures, processors, and exits to ensure robust code integrity across the development lifecycle
DevOps Integration: Bridge the gap between mainframe and distributed systems by integrating Endevor with modern CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket and Jenkins
Automation: Develop administrative scripts and tools using Python (preferred) or REXX to automate system maintenance tasks and streamline SCM workflows
Tool Maintenance: Manage the integration and maintenance of peripheral code management products and third-party plugins
Qualification
Required
Proven experience installing and maintaining Broadcom Endevor (not just as a user, but as an administrator/engineer)
Deep knowledge of z/OS, JCL, and SMP/E for software installation and maintenance
Practical experience with Bitbucket (Git) and an understanding of how to synchronize or migrate mainframe codebases to distributed repositories
Preferred
Experience with Jenkins integration for automated build and deployment processes is highly preferred
Proficiency in Python for modern automation; experience with REXX or CLIST is also beneficial
