Business Developer
DCO Commercial Floors is seeking a Business Developer to drive recurring revenue growth by building strategic relationships with institutional and commercial end-user accounts. This role focuses on cultivating executive-level partnerships and ensuring scalable, long-term growth while collaborating with the account management team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Cultivates new executive level relationships with institutional and commercial end-user accounts to maintain a healthy new account pipeline
Identifies, targets, and develops end-user accounts across healthcare, education, city/county government, and commercial property portfolios
Develop solutions for client's institutional operating models and budgets
Partnership with an Account Management Team to align internal execution with long-term customer service solutions
Maintains ongoing engagement with senior stakeholders to anticipate needs, identify expansion opportunities, and address systemic issues before they impact service delivery
Qualification
Required
3+ years sales of business development experience
2+ years flooring industry experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
