HR Support Specialist
NYDAC is seeking an HR Support Specialist to assist their Columbus warehouse team with various HR and administrative tasks. The role involves supporting employee inquiries, maintaining records, onboarding new hires, and organizing employee engagement events.

Responsibilities
Assist employees with general HR related questions related to Paylocity, company policies, and benefits
Maintain and update employee files, records, and HRIS systems accurately and confidentially
Onboard new hires, including collecting necessary documentation, preparing badges, and scheduling training
Work with Warehouse Manager to coordinate attendance tracking, call-outs, and documentation of absences or incidents
Help organize employee engagement events
Track and replenish HR and Safety related supplies such as PPE, badges, forms, etc
Assist DC Manager a supervisors with safety incident documentation and reporting
Maintain bulletin boards and distribute company notices and updates
Support general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and scheduling interviews
All other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in an administrative, HR, or office support role (warehouse or industrial setting a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS or timekeeping systems a plus
Able to maintain confidentiality and work with accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
