They are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee supplier relationships, manage purchase orders, and ensure efficient logistics and shipping processes to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities
Oversee supplier relationships, with a strong focus on international and broader APAC vendors
Create, manage, and track purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate documentation
Negotiate contracts, pricing, lead times, and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency and reliability
Manage logistics and shipping from overseas manufacturers, including customs clearance and import/export compliance
Monitor supplier performance for quality, compliance, and on-time delivery
Partner with freight forwarders and logistics providers to maintain efficient transportation networks
Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Product teams to align on supply needs and timing
Identify risks in the supply chain and implement proactive solutions to minimize disruptions
Continuously improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
3+ years of proven experience in supply chain or vendor management
Hands-on experience working with overseas suppliers, with a strong preference for Chinese and APAC vendor management
Skilled in negotiating contracts and managing international logistics
Knowledge of import/export compliance and customs processes
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain tools (ERP, logistics software, Excel)
Excellent communication skills; Mandarin language ability is a plus
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
