Responsibilities
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination efforts
Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change documentation, and project reports
Coordinate with Project Managers, superintendents, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and safety requirements
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying potential risks and supporting mitigation strategies
Participate in site walks, inspections, and quality control activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a construction engineering or project support role
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Preferred
Experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Familiarity with QA/QC processes and field coordination
Exposure to large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction projects
