Maintain knowledge of all Credit Union products and services and financial education tools
Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely, friendly and accurate manner
Qualification
Required
High school education or GED
One month to twelve months of similar or related experience
Provide prompt, accurate, courteous, friendly, timely and professional service to all members/co-workers
Accurately process member transactions
Maintain knowledge of all Credit Union products and services and financial education tools
Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely, friendly and accurate manner
