Responsibilities
Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, and budget of projects
Oversee and manage project activities to ensure quality, and provide direction regarding time and cost
Evaluate costs and advise on alternative proposals
Provide advice on contract arrangements and conditions under which the building will be constructed
Develop detailed project schedules to ensure all activities are completed on time
Collate and analyze performance, time, and cost data
Coordinate budgets and track expenditures to prevent cost overruns
Qualification
Required
A strong project controls background is essential
Proven experience in managing large-scale data center construction projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, or engineering is typically required for this role
