Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-powered sales, marketing, and operations systems that increase revenue velocity, reduce administrative workload, and support scalable multi-territory franchise growth
Build Front-End Revenue Systems including AI lead qualification & chat, appointment booking automation, CRM workflows, AI follow-up (SMS/email), territory routing logic, and sales dashboards
Develop Back-End Operations Systems such as sales to ops handoff automation, franchise onboarding workflows, SOP-driven AI assistants, capacity planning tools, franchise performance dashboards, and churn-risk indicators
