Responsibilities
Produce clear, detailed, and accurate technical design specifications
Lead hands-on design and development within an Agile team (Engineers, Product Owner, Scrum Master, UX Designer)
Mentor engineers, share technical insights, and drive engineering best practices
Act as a domain expert and take ownership of end-to-end delivery for core features
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering leadership to develop strategic solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of strong software engineering experience with solid computer science principles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Deep hands-on expertise with Java, ReactJS/Angular, and JavaScript
Strong understanding of Linux, SQL, RESTful APIs, AWS (EC2, Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with Agile development, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices
Preferred
Experience with Perl, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Terraform, or similar technologies is a plus
