Managing expediting and logistics
Conducting inspections
Ensuring compliance with project milestones and deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to achieve successful outcomes
Maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and successful completion of projects
Skills in Expediting and Expeditor roles to facilitate the timely delivery of goods and services
Experience in Inspection to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee inventory, coordination, and supply chain processes
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software
Preferred
Experience in the mechanical contracting industry or related sectors is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
