The "Angle" Architect: You research customer psychology, competitor ads, and TikTok trends to develop 40 weekly concepts. You write the scripts and build the storyboards
Manage the Production Line: You are the direct lead for our Video Editor and Influencer Managers. You ensure they have clear briefs, assets, and deadlines. You unblock them so they can create
Creative Testing Roadmap: You don't just throw things at the wall. You build a structured testing framework (e.g., "This week we are testing 5 variations of the 'Gift Unboxing' hook against 3 variations of the 'Sale' offer")
Data-Driven Iteration: You work closely with the Media Buyer to analyze why a creative won or lost. You look at Hold Rates and Click-Through Rates to refine the next batch of scripts
Asset Management: Ensure our creative library is organized, tagged, and ready for the media buying team to deploy
Qualification
Required
Proven 'Winner' Portfolio: You can show us ad concepts you strategized that scaled on Meta or TikTok
Systemizer: You can handle high volume. You know how to manage a creative request queue so that editors never run out of work
Direct Response Native: You understand that 'pretty' doesn't always sell. You know how to write copy that converts
AI Savvy: You use tools like Gemini for scripting to speed up your workflow
