Responsibilities
Generate new sales pipeline for the Account Executive team by:
Prospecting leads using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and sales intelligence tools
Running multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calls, warm calls, email, social selling)
Engaging C-level executives and decision-makers at real estate companies
Multi-threading within accounts to find the best entry point for Uniti AI
Driving high-volume outreach with an emphasis on quality conversations
Qualifying and booking meetings that fuel the sales pipeline
Qualification
Required
A strong communicator – you can clearly articulate Uniti AI's value proposition to real estate professionals
Goal-driven & high-energy – you love competition and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
A creative problem-solver – you're always thinking of new ways to break into accounts
Comfortable with performance metrics – you like being measured against targets and exceeding them
Coachable & adaptable – you take feedback, iterate, and improve quickly
NYC-based or willing to work in person at our headquarters 4-5 days per week
Preferred
6+ months in an SDR role with a track record of hitting/exceeding quota
Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Familiarity with real estate tech or AI-driven sales platforms
Success in high-volume outbound sales (80+ calls/day)
