Technical Customer Support

Responsibilities

Grow sales within the healthcare sector by visiting current and prospective customers
Manage your territory strategically by planning schedules, routes, and activities for maximum efficiency
Negotiate with key decision‑makers using effective, customer‑focused sales techniques
Analyze performance by hospital and identify opportunities to improve product mix and profitability
Train healthcare professionals and end‑users on the safe and effective use of ASP technologies
Evaluate the impact of training and adjust approaches to meet customer needs
Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging risks
Collaborate with internal teams on bids, contracts, and proposals, ensuring full compliance with company and legal requirements
Report customer feedback, market shifts, complaints, and opportunities in a timely and accurate manner
Prepare clear, consistent reports and perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Required

Experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to plan and manage a territory independently
Customer‑centric mindset and a commitment to high‑quality service and compliance
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region

Preferred

Experience training healthcare professionals or leading product demonstrations
Knowledge of hospital workflows and clinical environments
Familiarity with bid processes, public tenders, or contract management
