Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial statement preparation, consolidations, and intercompany activity
Own financial reporting and compliance, serving as the primary liaison for auditors, banks, and investors while maintaining accounting policies and controls
Manage cash forecasting, payroll and benefits processing, and ongoing ERP support to ensure accurate, timely financial operations
Provide actionable financial insight through budget-to-actual reporting and analysis for senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
10+ years of experience in accounting, with 3+ years in a management role
Proficiency with current financial software
Preferred
CPA
Private equity experience a plus
