Responsibilities
Effectively manage multiple projects from inception to delivery, through installation
Field measure job sites prior to installation
Review and QC all submittal/shop drawings prior to client review
Communicate directly with customers, plant, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional and timely manner
Manage subcontracts for Cabinets and Installation
Formulate RFI's & change orders
Handle and manage onsite coordination with contractors and subs
Attain and check field measurements; coordinate with other trades to ensure a successful installation
Maintain and coordinate material deliveries to ensure project schedules are being met
Accurately process billings to customers and change authorization to subcontractors
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in kitchen cabinets or a similar industry
Able to read architectural drawings/blueprints
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Be a self-starter and have the ability to take initiative
Ability to travel extensively in the Southeast US by car
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
MS Excel skill is an advantage
Need to be tech savvy to use online and mobile phone tools
