Contract Procurement Associate

The Contract Procurement Associate will coordinate orders, solve problems, and manage communications between customers, vendors, and the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Processing quotes and sales orders
Tracking order status and shipment timelines
Communicating with agencies and customers
Resolving order and contract questions
Supporting the sales team with administrative coordination
Researching products and working with vendors
Managing customer expectations and follow-up
Using SAP for order and pricing management
Qualification
Required
2+ years in customer service, inside sales support, or administrative operations
SAP
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
CRM familiarity
Preferred
Military or law enforcement familiarity
Government contracting exposure
Tactical equipment interest
