Senior Sales Development Representative (Hybrid → AE Path)
GoSprout is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to help grow enterprise and institutional partnerships as they scale their workforce and apprenticeship platform. This role involves generating pipeline, running discovery calls, closing smaller deals, and supporting enterprise opportunities with a clear path to Account Executive.

Responsibilities
Work existing pipeline, warm intros, and inbound leads in HubSpot
Build new pipeline through targeted outbound and events
Run discovery calls independently and confidently
Close small annual deals ($2.5k–$7.5k) end-to-end
Advance mid-market deals (~$12.5k ACV) with short sales cycles
Support enterprise demos, negotiations, and expansions
Qualification
Required
A hunter with strong relationship instincts
Comfortable selling into enterprise, education, or public-interest environments
Disciplined about follow-up and CRM hygiene
Able to explain complex workforce topics clearly without buzzwords
Motivated to grow into an AE role as the company scales
