Responsibilities
Answer approximately 75 phone calls a day and provide customers with requested information (pricing, ship dates, …). Input orders into the computer. (90%)
Provide technical help when needed. (10%)
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
3 months Related experience and/or training
Computer Skills: type a minimum of 40WPM
Accountability & Dependability: able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance
Mathematical Reasoning: able to apply basic Algebra and Geometry concepts. Able to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimal equivalents
Reading Comprehension: able to read and write simple correspondence and able to follow instructions
Analysis/Reasoning: able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Customer Focus: ability to quickly and effectively solve customer problems
Communication: able to communicate one-on-one, small group settings and via email
