Automation Specialist
SNI Financial is seeking a tech-savvy accounting/finance professional or a business intelligence analytics expert to enhance automation and process improvement. The role involves identifying automation opportunities, designing and implementing solutions, and training end-users on automation tools.

Responsibilities
Conduct walkthroughs with accounting stakeholders (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, Financial Reporting) to identify automation opportunities
Design, build, and implement automation solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, Excel, SQL, and other coding languages like Python (optional but a plus)
Document workflows, processes, and procedures
Lead meetings with stakeholders, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and train end-users on automation tools
Maintain and update existing automation tools for efficiency and accuracy
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years in accounting, auditing, finance, or business analytics with strong tech/automation skills
Experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, and process automation
Ability to build processes from scratch, train teams, and ensure adoption
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across accounting and finance teams
Preferred
Background in coding (Python, VBA, etc.) is a plus
