Responsibilities

Own cross-functional projects from start to finish — product launches, integrations, GTM initiatives, operational rollouts
Turn high-level goals into clear plans with milestones, owners, and timelines
Track progress, spot risks early, and unblock teams before things become problems
Make sure projects ship on time and deliver what they're supposed to
Be the connective tissue between product, engineering, ML, sales, marketing, and ops
Drive clarity on who owns what, what depends on what, and what matters most
Run efficient meetings and make sure decisions actually lead to action
Cut through misalignment and execution drag
Help define lightweight project management frameworks that scale as we grow
Set up clear reporting, documentation, and communication norms
Improve how we execute without adding bureaucracy
Bring structure to fast-moving work without overengineering it
Partner directly with the CEO and leadership on strategic initiatives
Prepare status updates, summaries, and materials that help leadership make decisions
Make sure leadership decisions actually translate into real execution

Required

4–8+ years in project management, program management, or operations
Experience managing cross-functional projects at a startup or high-growth company
Strong organizational and communication skills
A bias toward action and ownership
Comfort working with incomplete information and changing priorities

Preferred

Worked at a Seed–Series B startup
Supported product development, platform integrations, or GTM launches
Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or tech-enabled products
Familiarity with Agile or modern delivery frameworks (without being dogmatic about it)
