Responsibilities

Participate in internal creative brainstorms to come up with original, inspiring ideas that meet advertiser's objectives and leverage our best assets. You will need to be able to consider the client's main campaign objectives and translate those into a plan to present to clients, including creating custom mocks for clients
Once a campaign is sold, you will work alongside the Client Service Manager to initiate and ensure accurate campaign details are communicated to both clients and internal team members. This will require you to be involved in kick-off calls and gathering campaign set-up information in order for the campaign to be set up correctly in our internal systems
Throughout the campaign, you will support your team by assisting with client-facing reports, and creative builds. For creative builds, you will receive assets from the client and work with the creative team to consider how to build out the unit based on client KPIs and what the raw assets look like. You'll interact with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary materials for this task
You will also be responsible for tracking campaigns from start to finish to ensure delivery and performance, considering any necessary optimizations mid-campaign
How to think critically and ask the right questions to understand research and measurement outcomes
Best practices for maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality across data and deliverables
How to analyze data, identify trends, and translate results into meaningful insights
How to communicate findings clearly and confidently in both written and verbal formats
How to take ownership of projects, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Assist in day-to-day relationships and all phases of the direct and programmatic campaign life cycle, inclusive of brand strategy, kick-off calls, tag + asset collection, creative development, performance reporting, troubleshooting, and delivery

Required

This year, we'll be prioritizing candidates who are rising undergraduate seniors or who are pursuing postgraduate studies
All interns are required to be eligible to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship
Interest in media, technologies, and a desire to keep informed of new trends
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS tools
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude
Self-motivator with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines
Deep understanding of our products, offerings, and best practices to support campaign strategy and meet client objectives
Outgoing and interested in meeting new people and developing internal and external relationships
