The Information Technology Program Management Team Leader will oversee and support the execution of technical projects within the HSIS department, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and providing guidance to project teams.

Responsibilities
Develops and maintains technical project and program management standards, templates, and best practices for clinical and non-clinical areas
Provides training, coaching, and mentorship to project teams to ensure effective project execution
Monitors cross-project dependencies, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies
Consolidates and reports technical project status, financial performance, and key metrics to leadership
Ensures adherence to project governance, methodologies, budgets, and timelines through periodic reviews
Assists leadership in prioritizing and allocating resources across projects to meet strategic objectives
Establishes team goals and objectives, supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Coordinates with technical teams and stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational needs
Supports compliance with security policies, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements related to IT projects
Identifies and resolves project-related challenges while balancing efficiency, quality, and risk management
Enhances communication between technical teams, hospital leadership, and external vendors
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
ten (10) years of related experience
