Senior Analyst - Business Operations - Enterprise Tech Strategy

Responsibilities
Acts as a customer liaison and Subject Matter expert for other functions and departments within Ally Bank Partners with cross functional teams on key initiatives directly impacting Technology organization strategic outcomes
Support the Enterprise Technology Strategy team utilizing various platforms such as MS Office, Jira, Sharepoint, Confluence, and more to help drive efficiencies
Apply strategic critical thinking skills to develop actionable insights and recommendations across all programs and processes owned by Tech Strategy
Build clear, concise presentations and reports to communicate findings and proposals to executive management
Manage and coordinate program and project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
Take ownership of assigned tasks, driving them to completion through independent problem solving or effective networking and collaboration
Other duties or responsibilities as may be required to effectively and efficiently respond to customer needs
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in business operations
3+ years' experience in financial services
Strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesize data and present findings to executive management
Knowledge of technology platforms
Possess financial and business acumen
Manage projects effectively
Self-driven execution, whether working independently or collaborating across teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Process management, project related and requirements gathering experience preferred
Good product knowledge, ability to interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution and intervene on more complex situations
