Responsibilities

Lead the bid management process by shaping the value proposition, designing efficient workflows, and removing potential blockers
Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product, legal, compliance, and finance to develop comprehensive bid strategies aligned with business objectives
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify differentiators and craft compelling value propositions
Develop detailed bid plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and risk assessments
Guide proposal teams in creating clear, concise, and tailored content that effectively showcases our capabilities and solutions
Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather technical and industry-specific information required for proposals
Oversee the final review, approval, and submission of bids, ensuring compliance with all deadlines and requirements
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with each bid, proposing mitigation strategies to minimize impact
Ensure all proposals adhere to internal policies, legal standards, and industry regulations
Conduct post-bid evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, enhancing future bid performance

Required

Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a Bid Manager, with a strong understanding of card acquiring and gateway solutions
Exceptional ability to analyze client industries, understand their challenges, and translate this understanding into tailored proposals that align our solutions with their needs
Creative and strategic thinking skills to develop innovative approaches for bid success
Sound judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Proven project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent deals effectively
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in leading virtual teams toward common goals
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Proficiency in bid management tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
Deep understanding of bid best practices and industry standards
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States or the applicable country without requiring sponsorship
