Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and maintain complex PL/SQL queries, procedures, functions, and packages
Analyze large datasets in Oracle or similar relational databases
Design, build, and support ETL processes to move data across multiple systems
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis for data issues
Create and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data extracts
Translate business and functional requirements into technical data solutions
Collaborate with business users, developers, and technical teams to define metrics and logic
Document ETL workflows, data models, and reporting definitions
Support ad-hoc analysis and ongoing production reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of professional experience working in data analysis, database development, or reporting roles
Extensive PL/SQL experience, including performance tuning and complex query development
Strong ETL experience using SQL-based or enterprise ETL tools
Advanced Tableau skills (dashboards, calculated fields, parameters, filters)
Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures
Experience working with large, enterprise-scale datasets
Preferred
Oracle database experience in production environments
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and reporting best practices
Experience supporting government or highly regulated environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work on-site with stakeholders
