Responsibilities

Lead and execute marketing science initiatives, developing advanced analytics models to support strategic marketing objectives
Provide thought leadership on measurement techniques, evaluating trade-offs between controlled experiments, natural experiments, and multivariate models
Partner with media agencies to optimize media mix models (MMM) and ensure maximum effectiveness of marketing spend
Design, build, and manage multi-touch attribution (MTA) solutions, working with internal teams and external partners as needed
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing analytics and develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance
Collaborate with data scientists, IT, and consultants to develop predictive models and analytical dashboards that inform decision-making
Perform statistical analyses and tests to quantify the business value of marketing initiatives and opportunities
Leverage AI/ML techniques to enhance marketing insights and improve campaign performance
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of marketing performance reports, translating data into actionable insights for various stakeholders
Develop and maintain data governance practices in partnership with Data, Digital, and Technology teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Create real-time dashboards and automate data extracts to support agile marketing operations
Build strong cross-functional relationships to facilitate effective collaboration and information sharing across teams

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in social sciences, business, marketing, advertising, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and marketing data analysis
Proven expertise in marketing measurement techniques such as marketing mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), and familiarity with AI/ML applications
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex insights to senior management
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms
Solid foundation in statistical techniques for marketing impact analysis
Demonstrate a growth mindset, curiosity, and a passion for excellence
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
