Sr Program Analyst

Responsibilities

Performing complex technical support tasks on-site, including analyzing project documentation, supporting procurements, and conducting financial analysis of projects
Acting as the lead for client projects, managing all facets of project lifecycle activities such as scheduling, cost control, and performance tracking
Develop and evaluate life cycle cost analyses, ensuring projects adhere to budgetary and schedule constraints
Provide technical insights during milestone reviews and assist in the development of research and development programs, in-service support, and procurement activities
Manipulating project schedules using MS Project, preparing reports, and supporting technical documentation
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to identify technical issues, develop solutions, and ensure compliance with acquisition policies and procedures
Participating in team meetings, supporting technical inspections, and contributing to continuous process improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or technical disciplines
A minimum of five years' experience supporting project or program operations, particularly within defense or Navy-related programs
Solid understanding of DoD acquisition processes, including DoDI 5000 frameworks
Experience managing software development and implementation projects
Familiarity with systems evaluation, technical testing, and research and development activities
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal skills
Sound judgment
Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
Current security clearance at the Secret level
U.S. citizenship

Preferred

Prior experience with Gun Weapon Systems or Navy programs
