Responsibilities
Managing computer media via automated processing systems to ensure accurate and timely disposition of deliveries
Overseeing shipment processes supporting fleet activities
Responding to data processing issues
Implementing corrective procedures
Maintaining an organized electronic library
Supporting Combat Systems shipboard library requirements
Utilizing tools such as ACCESS, VIEWNET, and DOCMS
Troubleshooting media errors
Ensuring data integrity
Supporting the overall data management lifecycle
Qualification
Required
At least one (1) year of experience managing, shipping, and/or receiving unclassified computer media and documentation
A High School Diploma is required
Experience troubleshooting and resolving media errors and data processing problems
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external contacts
Demonstrate good judgment and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently or collaboratively
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to perform periodic twisting, bending, and squatting
Security clearance at the Secret level is required
US Citizenship is a prerequisite for obtaining and maintaining this clearance
