Spatial Front, Inc. (SFI) is a recognized workplace seeking a Recruiter to support their growing team. The Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, focusing on sourcing and hiring candidates with security clearances for Federal Government customers.

Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent, with a focus on cleared candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Negotiate and extend offers of employment
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
Track and report on key recruiting metrics
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. May substitute four (4) years of equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience in sourcing and hiring candidates with active security clearances (e.g., Public Trust, Secret, Top Secret)
Strong understanding of federal government contracting and the security clearance process
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred
Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles in the federal government contracting industry
Experience with social media and other online recruiting tools
