Responsibilities
Provide temporary contract management and administrative assistance to the Business Development group in the Legal Department
Administrative support for 4 attorneys including basic calendar management and expense reporting
Organizing and performing centralized filing tasks and general office tasks
Contract administration and processing which includes copying, scanning, data entry, routing and signature tracking, drafting correspondence
Qualification
Required
Strong written and oral communication skills are a must
Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job
2+ years experience as an administrative assistant
Knowledge of Microsoft Word is essential
Solid writing skills
Strong verbal skills
Any legal support work
Working with admin agencies- state/ gov offices handling tax/ business licenses
Knowledge of Microsoft programs is essential
Minimum HS diploma
Preferred
Legal administrative experience is a plus
Bachelors preferred
