Advise the CEO and Board on long-term corporate strategy, growth priorities, and market positioning
Provide strategic guidance on business model evolution, competitive differentiation, and value creation
Support executive decision-making through structured analysis, market insight, and scenario planning
Contribute to strategic planning cycles, board materials, and executive alignment initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team across strategy, operations, and governance matters
Support leadership effectiveness, cross-functional alignment, and organizational maturity
Provide guidance on leadership development, succession planning, and capability building
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and strategic clarity across the organization
Monitor global financial markets, fintech innovation, and regulatory trends to inform strategic direction
Enhance BFP Finance Service SL’s institutional credibility through executive engagement and thought leadership
Support high-level relationships with institutional clients, partners, and stakeholders
Represent the company in strategic discussions, industry forums, and executive-level engagements
Guide high-impact strategic initiatives, partnerships, and expansion efforts across priority markets
Provide oversight and advisory input on new business opportunities, alliances, and investments
Support cross-border and cross-functional initiatives requiring executive coordination
Ensure strategic initiatives align with governance, risk, and regulatory considerations

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure disciplined strategic execution
Support board oversight, reporting structures, and strategic performance reviews
Promote data-driven decision-making and strategic accountability
Contribute to executive communications, publications, and industry thought leadership
Enhance the firm’s visibility across financial services, fintech, and capital markets communities
Support executive presence at conferences, media engagements, and institutional events
Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services, fintech, capital markets, or executive advisory roles
Demonstrated success advising senior executives or boards on strategy, growth, and organizational effectiveness
Strong understanding of financial markets, fintech ecosystems, and institutional operating environments
Experience operating in complex, regulated, and cross-border contexts
Exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, and stakeholder influence skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
